Q: How much can I earn?
A: Commission as a consultant is 25% on direct sales. Some special programs offer 17% commission. You can also earn 4% personal sales bonus each month when your direct sales are over $1000. When you promote to Team Leader, you can earn an additional 8.5% on your personal sales and your team’s direct sales!!!
Q: What is my start up cost?
A: We have a couple different kit options. You can view the different options available right now by click here!
Q: What are the sales minimums or quotas?
A: There are NO monthly or annual sales minimum for consultants! You will always earn your commission on your sales no matter how much or how little you’ve sold.
Q: What is the time commitment?
You can work as much or as little as you like! A home party lasts around 2 hours including set up and take down. An online party lasts an hour or less. Prep time and ordering can vary. Generally an hour for each party. The beauty of this job is that you truly get to make it your own.
Q: How often am I paid?
Commission is paid every Wednesday via direct deposit. If you do not set up direct deposit commission checks are mailed out monthly.
Q: Can I work with schools and libraries in my area? If so, how?
In order to work with libraries and schools, you can become certified as a Brand Partner. You can work with schools and libraries in your area that aren’t already being worked with and “listed” (as we call it) by another Brand Partner.
Q: What other rewards and incentives are offered by the company?
With PaperPie there are many opportunities that’s given for helping families connect and come together while promoting literacy. Each month there are two levels of challenges you can strive for by meeting sales and recruiting achievements. The rewards for these challenges include supplies, books, branded items, logo wear and more!There is also a trip incentive contest each year for you and your family.
Q: Besides home and online parties, are there other ways to strengthen family connections and promote literacy?
Yes!While home and online parties are popular and can be the foundation of the business, you have many options! You can offer book drives, fundraisers, vendor events, matching grant program and a reading incentive program. You can also work with schools and libraries as a Brand Partner. There is a world of possibilities awaiting you with PaperPie!
Q: Do I have to carry inventory?
Nope! Orders are submitted to Home Office and shipped out for you. If you are running a book fair inventory can be sent you from Home Office.
Q: How do I provide the hostess benefits and rewards?
Our Home Office will provide the free and half-priced books for your hostesses.
Q: What if I simply want to grow my own home library. Can I purchase the consultant kit and do just this?
Yes! The beautify of there being no minimums or commitments means that some consultants purchase the kit to build their own library, home school their kids, or simply have discounted gifts when they need them. Other people purchase the kit for either spending money or for a full blow income. You can truly do as much or little as you want with PaperPie!
